I was charged $3 per pin transaction since opening my account in October. I would like these fees refunded as they total over $250, $255 to be precise. I use the online banking platform and these fees are not disclosed as fees via the online banking platform. Rather they show up as "Miscellaneous Debit" which is incredibly misleading and deceitful. I did not inquire about these transactions until June because I was under the misimpression that they were from my spouse using the vending machine at his work (turns out he was using his credit card for that). Upon reviewing the actual statements, these transactions are labeled differently - as Card Transaction Fee - ATM/Debit/Credit. The discrepancy between the statements and online banking is incredibly misleading (at best) and downright deceitful (at worse). I have been a loyal customer since opening my account and I expect the best customer service from OHecu. I did have two months' of fees refunded, however, that only reflected 20% of the overall fees. OHecu claims they want to “Building our members’ financial future through a full range of superior financial services, education and exceptional value.” and adheres to "People helping People" including "providing education and training to members so they’ll benefit from, and contribute effectively to, the development of credit unions."
