Similar to their other complaint, LPB scheduled with us weeks in advance. On the day they were expected we got a courtesy text confirming 4PM. At 530 I texted to ask if we needed to reschedule. I was told the rep was there and waited 15 min. Fortunately, I checked our security system and sent them a video of our property showing there was no car or person at our house at 4-415 when they claimed he was there. They politely told me the rep went to his Thursday appt by accident This was Tuesday. We too felt our business was not important to them. I highly recommend you seek other companies before investing your time with this one. I am glad I checked this site to see we aren't the only ones having trouble. Carol A

Here at LPB CONSTRUCTION we do our very best to accommodate all of our customers and potential customers with professionalism, care and consideration. Unfortunately, sometimes we do make mistakes. When we do make a mistake it is definitely not intentional and we always try to do our best to make up for that mistake. In your case we did make a mistake and the sales rep showed up to the wrong estimate appointment, and we do truly apologize. That being said, Melissa the office manager did immediately get you options to reschedule within the following couple days to try to best accommodate you and your schedule, and obviously not being put at the bottom of the estimate schedule due to our mistake. LPB Construction is a small, family-owned company that caters to our customer base. Every customer and potential customer is very important to us and we take that very seriously at LPB CONSTRUCTION. We are very sorry this is the impression you were left with. Again we are human and make mistakes, all we can do is our best to learn from and correct those mistakes.
