On August 5 2021 I spoke with Madison W***** owner of Pretty Gal Jewels in reference to buying a pair of customized crocs she specializes in making. She informed me that there would be a 4-5 week wait time, which was fine with me. I sent her payment and waited on my crocs to come. Around Sept 13 I reached out cause I still hadn’t heard anything in reference to my order. Madison personally got in touch with me and told me my order would be the first one she’d work on and my shoes would ship that weekend. Her and I have gone back and forth this way on several occasions and it is now November 11th and still no shoes. I email her and write her on IG to no avail. Im not really sure what exactly is going on cause she’s fulfilled plenty of orders since I placed my order. But at this point im tired of waiting and would just like a refund. And I actually ordered 2 pair from her, she refunded me for 1 but not the other.Business response

******* ******This is a lie. I never received not one pair of Crocs from Madison. She told me several times she was shipping them out and never did nor did I receive i refund for that pair. She refunded me for 1 pair and one pair only. I ordered two pairs and I have proof of that as well. I would not have gone to this extent if I received anything from her. And if she shipped them, where’s the proof, tracking number. Once again, she has me confused with another customer of hers. Cause I haven’t received anything and she refused to respond to my emails for weeks. SHE DIDNT GIVE ME ANYTHING!
