I hired Paint CLE Ltd to do painting in my house. The painting was good. However, the owner of the company insisted that he can move the furniture by himself. I informed him that the furniture in my dining room was pretty heavy and we should move it together, and when he’s ready to move it to let me know. I came back about 45 minutes later to check on him and I noticed that he moved the furniture, and scratched my brand new LVT flooring in the process. He mentioned that he could fix the floor and came back multiple days in attempt to fix it. The floor was pretty much perfect before he came and scratched it and when he came back instead of trying to replace the flooring the correct way he cut the LVT and glued LVT. He informed me that the glue needed to dry 24 hours with weight on the flooring, I’ve waited and noticed that the work was really sloppy. The flooring is not leveled and is moving and also the way he cut he damaged other pieces around the area. I’ve been trying to call and text and now I can’t get in contact with him. Not responding to me, but was very quick to respond when it involved painting or anything that would get him paid. Customer service is poor and I do not recommend utilizing this business for painting needs as if there may be any issues that arise This business does not attempt to rectify properly. You can see that they read the iMessage, but no response. I have been calling for days now and cannot get in touch with the owner. Very poor service and I will never utilize this one man painting company again.
