      KeyBank has been paying my monthly water bills. They have paid a total of $668.93 from February thru July 2024. Despite multiple efforts to clarify what account they have applied these funds, I continue to receive an outstanding water bill in the amount of $209.90. How does this get clarification without so much as a call or letter. Just another outstanding bill.

      I had an appointment for the water department to work on my meter today from 12:00-3:30 so I waited on the front steps from 12:00-5:00 for them to show and they never did! No notice left and no phone call though they claim they "tried to contact me". How?! Smoke signals?? They sure didn't call or come to the door. 5 hours of my life on a Saturday wasted without so much as a place to piss because they won't turn on my water and don't know what "appointment" means! I want to be able to move into my house. This should not be this hard.

      I have been trying to work with the Division of Water since October 2023. I am co constantly being told it takes 3 months to get any changes to complete any online transaction. The customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. When calling the wait is an hour long, if I get through. No reply to trying to my messages sent via email contact. I want to set up automated payment but I am told it would take up to 3 months to change and I worry about doing this as my December payment has not posted online as of today. The customer service representative said it posted but I can't see it. I would pay my bill if I knew the correct amount I owe and I could trust my transactions would be processed. What can I do to get the City of Cleveland Division of Water to help me get this resolved. I am so frustrated. Any help would be appreciated. My rating is zero.

      Zero stars. Impossible to get a hold of anyone and if you do they are rude. Been trying to find out the status of my application for the Homestead Discount program for seniors and low income customers. I sent it in over 2 months ago and have heard nothing.

      Called in on 9/18 at 8:37am. Waited 40 minutes for a representative to answer my call. Had a question regarding my alerts and notifications on my account. Representative was extremely rude and derogatory, to the point where I had to say "I am going to hang up now because you are being incredibly rude". I am seeing this consistently with the reviews here... Train and discipline employees who are rude to customers! This is crazy...

      I am a property manager in the neighborhood of Tremont, for over 16 months there have been estimated bills at a location I manage. The corporate office of the entire realty company and myself have called 4+ times in the last 6 months, continually requesting an ACTUAL READ or upgrade to the meters, so that they may take ACTUAL READS. It has been documented, and "promised" that a meter technician will come to the property to ensure an actual read can be done each time- no one ever shows. EVER. The lack of regard for others, and doing the right thing is just so blatant. Why even tell me its going to get done these 4+ times when it hasn't and I'm doubtful ever will. Cleveland Water - Do Better!! You already take our money, to steal my time over the phone for 1.5+ hours to make these requested changes that you never take action on, every two months is ridiculous. If I could, I would do it myself, I am so fed up.

      Their workers are truly the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. Do they just hire anybody? They need to discipline their employees or hire better ones. Whoever runs Cleveland water should be reported for the continuing of poor services and an horrible business. Every worker I’ve spoken too has an attitude, doesn’t know what they are doing, and hangs up on you. We need a new water servicer. This has gone on for too long

      This not towards the Cleveland Water Department, but towards a employee of the water department. A customer service person, her name Nicole was very rude unpleasant, unprofessional, unhelpful and did want to help me at all. I explained my situation to her but she did care at all. I told I need to talk to your supervisor, she told me no , kept asking if I was done I told her no but she hung up on me. Someone like that should not be working with the Cleveland water department, she is representing them in wrong

      Cleveland Water has placed an unfair water lien on my property even though I have a credit, now the property is in foreclosure. And they haven't sent me a periodic bill statement since 2013
