            I paid 114.98 for product I still have not received but have paid for. From Team Time LLC CEO ***** *******. It’s been 7 weeks when I received an email stating it was going to be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks that was December 2, 2023. On January 4,2024 ***** said in an email “I believe it should be shipped tomorrow or monday.” Now it’s been two weeks since ***** personally told me in an email my package was going to be sent. This week he will not return any calls emails or texts.

            I ordered a women's XL shirt Aug 19, received Sept 16.I ordered XL (usually wear medium) because it is a sport shirt I wear at work with the ******* and I specifically wanted a "larger" size (ouor workplace was considering to use TEAMTIME for our staff groups but that has now been put on hold). The shirt finally arrived and fits like a SM-MED! I understand they have a no refund policy due to "custom made" but the size is ill-fitting and poorly sized. Although the material and make is of average quality and I would prefer my $ returned instead of an exchange for an even larger size, I have asked repeatedly by email and chat (no one answers the phone and it does not have a voicemail) for a response.TEAMTIME refuses to answer me except with a general unhelpful canned reply.

            Hi *******, Happy to assist here! Are you able to email me a picture of the shirt that you received so I can verify it is the incorrect size? We always provide refunds and remakes for items when we make mistakes! All of the items are fully custom and hand sewn from scratch so it takes time to make. For this individual shirt order, you had free shipping so you can keep the shirt if we indeed incorrectly send you a size that was incorrect.
