Mr. ***** ***** is an employee at this firm. He was unethical. His attitude was horrible and he was very derogatory. I tried to make a payment and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and makes this firm look vey unprofessional. If anyone has to deal with him, request everything in writing.

The Complainant is NOT a client or customer of our law firm. Our law firm was collecting on a judgment owed by Complainant. In order to protect the privacy of Complainant, we will only say Complainant had an issue with the person she was dealing with, she was referred to another person at our office to assist her, the other person did assist her and provided the resolution Complainant was requesting, so it is disappointing to see Complainant now turn around and file a complaint. There is further detail that could be added, but again, to protect the privacy of Complainant, we will not comment further.Review from Uriah W

These incompetent, so called attorneys, hired a third party aid individual by the name of ***************** whom reached out to my company and was very ignorant with my administrative manager. He stated that we were delinquent on our Workmans compensation policy, sent multiple mailings, and when my employee asked what the address was he then stated a **************, ** address in which we have no affiliation with at all. My administrative manager then said that if he worked for the state then why do they not have the correct address. This *************** then got very ignorant stating that h*** be putting a lien on our assets and hung up on her. Needless to say that after a little research that took every bit of two minutes (if that), they contacted us instead of the actual company they were looking for. This said company has a similar name as ours but was created theee years after we formed our LLC. Anyhow, these people are a joke of an LPA or else theyd be more careful as to whom they have aid their council.Mann & Carducci Response

The Complainant is NOT a client or customer of our law firm. Our law firm provides revenue recovery services for the *************. ***************** is an employee of our law firm, he is not a "third party aid." The address provided to the Complainant is the address for the statutory agent of the company we are seeking to contact, the statutory agent address is usually different than the company address, and the Complainant declined to provide their business address when they were contacted. Following the initial contact, a representative of Complainant contacted ***************** who determined Complainant was not the company we were attempting to reach, and Complainant was advised the records would be updated to reflect that they are not the correct company we are seeking to contact, and this was done. Complainant has a name that is very close to the company name we were seeking to contact, and similarities in names can result in contact being made in an attempt to reach the correct company, as was attempted in this case. As set forth, our records were updated to reflect this was not the correct company upon determining the same.
