            Mr. ***** ***** is an employee at this firm. He was unethical. His attitude was horrible and he was very derogatory. I tried to make a payment and he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and makes this firm look vey unprofessional. If anyone has to deal with him, request everything in writing.

            The Complainant is NOT a client or customer of our law firm. Our law firm was collecting on a judgment owed by Complainant. In order to protect the privacy of Complainant, we will only say Complainant had an issue with the person she was dealing with, she was referred to another person at our office to assist her, the other person did assist her and provided the resolution Complainant was requesting, so it is disappointing to see Complainant now turn around and file a complaint. There is further detail that could be added, but again, to protect the privacy of Complainant, we will not comment further.
