I placed an order with company called *******. That order was for $141.00 when I received the order there was 2 shipments totally nearly $400 dollars. I immediately called the seller. When sellers representative answered the phone I asked why I received this two orders and I need a refund he hung the phone. I Immediately called the seller back this Representative said one please then come got my information stated they couldn’t find my account then he hung up. I immediately called for the 3rd time when Representative answered, I asked him where a supervisor immediately after waiting for several minutes a lady answered my when I explained to her what my problem was she sorry I can’t give a return Authorization number and hung the phone up
I then Immediately filed a complaint with Comenity bank ( Caesar’s reward card) it’s now been over 2 months one day last week I received an communication from Comenity showing credit was issued I replied that credit wasn’t from *** ***** order was home warranty that I canceled with that Warrenty company. I know want a full refund for all funds paid to *** ****** I still have all the products unopened.
