I am a victim of identity theft and have filed a complaint with IdentityTheft.gov, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.I request that this inquiry be removed from my credit report immediately and that steps be taken to prevent any future unauthorized inquiries.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Customer and consumer feedback is addressed and evaluated on a regular cadence.
