    The cashier (******) at Charley located inside Columbus airport refused to take my order as she kept saying that I yelled at her. When in fact the very first thing I said to her was “I don’t mean to be rude, but could you please ask the customer to let me place my order”. What was more shocking was when an airport police office came to over to try to resolve the matter and she tells the officer that I called her “stupid”. This was a blatant lie as I didn’t utter that word at her at all. And may God curse me if I said that to her. The incident happened August 17 around 3:30pm. There was a customer ahead of me trying to pay for her order. I was patient to wait for the payment to be successful but after five minutes of failing to make a payment, the customer then started making a phone call. I grew impatient and said: "I don't mean to be rude but could you please ask the customer if you could take my order." The cashier’s reply to me was that if I wanted to be ahead of her, then I ask the customer that. It was obvious this was hardly about getting ahead of the customer for no reason, and I said back to her that it's you “Charley’s employee” who should have the courtesy on behalf of the customer to manage this request. This, however, didn't go well with the cashier. A police officer was called in to resolve this matter. The cashier started to recount what happened and when she came to the point to tell the officer what I said to her after she’d told me that I ask the customer that question, she tells the officer that:" I called her stupid". I spoke on the phone with a Charleys’ employee on that same day as the incident. Once I told him the name of the cashier (******) who refused to take my order, he recognized her right away and I confirmed his description of her when he said:” *** ** * ****** ***** ****”. Then, he stated: “this was not the first time she caused a trouble”. This is really a bad business for Charley when this was not a one-time off.
