I purchased a new Santa **** recently Dennis Hyundai East ********************************************************** Went in on April 6. Placed ******* down on a Santa ****. Salesman told me it would arrive on the 29th, give or take an additional 1-3 days to get the vehicle cleaned up for me to take delivery. It's now the 29th. Dealer hasn't called me back after repeated text messages and calls asking for the sales manager over the last 3 days. I called on Tuesday the 26th to confirm that my truck would arrive on schedule and was told it hasn't even shipped yet from Korea. I told the salesman I wanted to cancel the deposit and get my money back instead of waiting for an undetermined time for the vehicle to arrive. I was told the manager would reach out to me as he couldn't cancel it. I still haven't received a call or anything 3 days later. Looks like they're stealing my money as they're changing the details that were initially agreed upon. This dealer represents the worst customer service I've seen yet. I filed a complaint with Hyundai directly as it pertains to this particular dealer. I would recommend staying away and visiting a different dealer. I will update this review once I receive a reply from the dealer or from Hyundai directly.
