            This company's customer service is severly lacking. My child's photo was lost on their recent school picture day and was never added to my account for purchase. When I called Jostens, they let me know "this just happens sometimes" and that they would need to get their picture retaken. When I asked how Jostens can confirm the retaken photo will be successfully saved to my account, they couldn't guarantee this. I find it astounding that a photography company cannot guarantee my child's photos will be saved & successfully added to their own database. This is my child's 8th grade year, and at this point I'm not confident their photo will even be added to the school's yearbook. This is unacceptable. Even worse, the Jostens team is completely unhelpful. Their phone support was not helpful and they are unresponsive via email. When I submitted a support ticket, they just asked me for the same information that I provided in my initial submission, and then never replied, even after several attempts at getting a response.
