Consumer mailed letter of complaint to BBB. We have copied the text below:

Dear Bureau staff,
I recently purchased a used automobile, a 2007 Mazda CX-7 from Car One , 1386 Essex Ave., Columbus,Ohio 43211-2632 for $10,853.75. April 15, 22
The owner ******, offered a 6 month Warranty with the purchase. I test drove the car but not enough. There were immediate problems.
The AC did not work. The manuals wer so complicated, it was difficult to understand all the cars operating instructions , but I kept reading.
Whem I called ******, he agreed to fix the AC, but that has not happened. Everytime we set a day and time to repair the car, he put
rescheduled the day and time. He said he would provide a loaner while the car AC was being repaired, but he has continued to cancel
the date to repair and reschedule. My friend ****** ******** and a frie.nd of hers, ****, tried to remind ****** of his agreements, but he
has continued to put off doing the repairs. He also has never sent me the Title to the car so I can renew my insurance and get new license
plates.
The VIN # is *****************. ****** has continually not followed through with his responsibilities and agreements. If it were
possible I would return the car and get my money back and go to a legitimate,honest car dealer.
