This *** Don ********************** never submitted bills to back up expenditures, failed to return phone calls, in a timely fashion allowed and paid sub par subcontractors, finally abandoned my job. Never provided a final accounting. He comes off as a friendly Christian *** but, in reality is a snake . Don't do business with them.

Yes, I worked for ************************************ had a lot of problems.****************** ran out of money part way through the project. He bounced 2 payments to me, offered to pay me with personal property, and was turned down by his bank for a construction loan. I referred him to a 2nd loan officer and he was turned down again. It was not uncommon for the police to show up at our jobsite when ****************** would be shouting obscenities to his neighbor. His neighbor was an upstanding citizen. ****************** would treat him and his wife poorly. It was not uncommon for ****************** to point a loaded hand gun at me and my workers, almost daily, when we walked through the back door.We worked there, off and on, for 3 years. Once he yelled and called names to the local building official so hard, the chief building official refused to do any other inspections at the house. We had to hire an outside source for the remaining inspections. We did many projects for ****************** and it got a little dicey toward the end. When we parted ways, we did not owe him anything and he did not owe us any money, I thought this was a good place for us both to move on. There is more work to do there, and I wish ****************** the best of luck with all his future remodeling projects.
