Beware! Don't believe! Scam artist. Slick talker! AVOID.*************************** left me with poor quality, rapidly deteriorating results and damages which only became fully apparent after I paid. This was a very large expense, a project involving multiple aspects and areas in my home because he and his partner, *************************, portrayed themselves as skilled renovators. I should have had a clue when their painting of my walls in my family room, half-bath and basement took so long, only to discover that their complaints about the ******************************* paint stemmed from the fact that they were not using the right brushes and rollers. When the ******************************* store provided them with the correct tools, they were able to achieve actual coverage of the paint, solving that problem. BUT THEY LEFT PROBLEMS BEHIND and I am left with rectifying what they left behind. I am left with a poorly, improperly applied, rapidly deteriorating epoxied basement floor (for which I had a professional flooring installer come and evaluate and so I am not alone in my opinion of its flaws and its results, all due to their substandard poor workmanship and poor materials). I am left with improperly treated basement walls (for which ******************************* store confirms they applied the wrong paint) which only afterward became apparent a few weeks later when stains started to appear and I called ******************************* to find out why. I am left with damage done to my hardwood living room floor because *******'s attempt at installing a light fixture in the basement ceiling resulted in him drilling up into my living room floor. At first *******'s "fix" to the hardwood floor (done before being paid for their project) appeared to be a satisfactory "fix" but now it, too, is showing itself to be "less than professional".Same thing with the mantle. Looked great but quickly is drying out because its not finished off as it should have been. Calls and emails are ignored. I repeat, a scam. AVOID.
