            In July 2022, BBB investigated Conex Express’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints, consumer inquiries and customer reviews. Specifically, within the consumer complaints and customer reviews, consumers report paying money for delivery of a cargo shipping container but never received the shipping container. When the consumers reached out to the business concerning their shipping container there was a lack of communication between the business and consumers. Many consumer complaints and customer reviews indicate that this business is affiliated with Iron Hawk Express, LLC whose complaint details and business model is similar to Conex Express. In July, August and November of 2022, your BBB reached out to Conex Express in writing via email, postal mail and by phone seeking background information on the business and its affiliation to Iron Hawk Express LLC. To date, BBB has not received a response from the company. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business nor its relationship with Iron Hawk Express, LLC.

            I ordered a shipping container from this company conex express middle February 2023 .I used my credit card they said they would call with delivery in a couple of days.No body called 4 days later I called them the lady said she would have them call 2 more times when I called the lady said she have them call.the next 2 times no one answered phone.when text no reply.I gave them a week turned it over to my credit card company.They said I have collect it myself.I texted the company that federal law says they have 30 days to deliver if they don’t they have canceled and have to return my money.They did answer that text with have a nice day.then they blocked me .They don’t think they have to give deliver or give my money back.Block my text don’t answer phone.do hope try to deliver it my yard is posted .it has been 5 months
