Service was very horrible first roxann was an hr late getting there then when she gets there she starts my hair and then stops doing my hair to go do another persons hair that came in waaaay after me and when I said something to her she came and put a couple more braids in my hair just to stop and go finish the persons hair that came in after me she had a baby running around the shop and on top of the was letting him play with the hair that was supposed to be going in the clients hair…. I sat for an additional hour and a half waiting on her to finish the persons hair that came in way after me she took MULTIPLE breaks to text and to make/take phone calls I got there at 930ish and didn’t leave until 330 and the style I got only took about an hour and a half to do if that… causing me to be late picking up my kids after I told her numerous of time that I had to be out of there by a certain time… then when she finished my hair I didn’t not like it she made the lemonade braids way to big for my little head and when I told here that I didn’t like it she said there wasn’t anything wrong with it and that it was cute by that time I didn’t have time to go back and forth with her because I had to get my kids… I paid 180 (full price) for the style that I got and it didn’t even turn out right she didn’t offer any type of compensation for making me wait or for the fact that I didn’t like my hair I will giver her credit for being able to grip my sides but outside of that the service was very VERY unprofessional
