              I had seamless gutters and guards put on the back side of my house on June 7th during a drought. The rains from this past weekend went over my gutter and down the wall into my basement. It was pouring rain from the ceiling into my basement. I tried calling Gutter Guard America only to be told my number has been put on the No Call list. I tried corporate in ********* and was told the same. I called the gentleman that came out to give me an estimate. He no longer works for Gutter Guards America and the ********, ** office is permanently closed. So much for a warranty. I need the gutter and the leak in my basement fixed. Unfortunately, I am going to have to call my insurance company.

              After speaking with the customer, the local production manager has scheduled time to go out to the customers home on Friday, October 11 to assess the installation and work toward a possible resolution.Regarding the other comments, the office location in ********, ** is open and operating, and we are still providing services to homeowners in the areas around ********, *******, and other areas of *******. There was a misrepresentation stating otherwise but be assured that our office is still operating in ********, **. Additionally, our call center is reviewing the phone number that the customer was attempted to call from to determine why the call was not routed to the call center.Thank you,Gutter Guards America
