Last year, we hired ******************** Bros Construction to build our new custom home and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. My husband and I interviewed several local construction companies and architectural firms. We selected ******************** Bros because of their professionalism and the look and quality of the recently completed homes that they provided as references. They also are very friendly, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. From start to finish, Jake ******************** was exceptional at guiding us through the custom home construction process. The total project cost estimate initially provided was very accurate to the actual costs. However, **** had enough wiggle room in the budget to allow for a few upgraded products without resulting in any significant overages for the final total cost.During the construction phase, **** served as project manager and general contractor. ***** ****** was the on-site ******* overseeing the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers. Jamies attention to detail, work ethic, responsiveness to questions and concerns, and overall quality of work was exceptional and ensured the overall success of the construction team. Although we had a few minor delays due to subcontractor schedule conflicts and construction materials availability, ******************** Bros completed building our home in a very timely manner.When our home was completed a few months ago and we were ready to move in, **** and ***** explained that they are still available to us whenever needed for questions or if we encounter any issues. ******************** Bros has a one-year warranty period on the construction, so if anything should occur once we are living in the house, they will be there to correct it.Overall, building our new home with ******************** Bros was a wonderful experience. If we ever need construction services in the future, we will definitely hire ******************** Bros again, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home.
