Beware of this business I needed a small crack repaired on a Samsung S22 ultra. The phone was fully operational except a small white line through the display. Called around and found this place. They said they have the part in stock and could have it fixed same day. Not long after we left the phone stopped responding to touch and we noticed the edges of the screen were rounded and not the entire screen. Like an Ultra should be. They didn’t install the proper screen. Day 2: I brought the phone back to the store the next day and showed them the issue. I was rudely greeted with they are too busy to look at it today. Come back tomorrow. I proposed leaving the phone with them and they can check it out when time permits. Which is what we did. Day 3: no phone call so I called them late afternoon. They didn’t have a chance to look at it but Samsung parts are coming in. They told me the most likely issue is the third party screen and they have OEM parts arriving soon. Who authorized using third party parts? Certainly not me and this was never discussed. The OEM parts will be a couple hundred more. If I don’t want to wait they can put old broken screen back on and refund my money. Day 4:guess what no phone call so I called them late morning. The OEM parts didn’t deliver yesterday. No clue when they are coming in. Ok fine stuff happens, put my old screen back on and I’ll take it somewhere else. Problem 1:They put someone else’s much more damaged screen back on my phone. I objected and I was told they don’t keep old screens so I have to take what they have. Problem 2 the phone has be wiped out and in safe mode. All the data is gone. They told me reboot it. I did in front of them and nothing changed. Oops Problem 3: they will refund screen price but not labor. Labor for what? You lost my data and gave me a more broken screen. So for $50 they lost all my data and gave me a more broken screen and it only took 4 days to do it.
