            My mother lives at Wales Crossing Apartment in North Canton Ohio. One of the main reasons she chose to live there is it claimed to be a secure facility. For the past year the back security gate has not worked. I have called the office in north canton, I have called the main office in Girard , Ohio. I have called the actual security gate company. The gate still is not working! Every year the company increases the rent $**,** per month. Clearly, they are bringing in enough money to have the back gate repaired or even replaced. Having talked to many people this past year (and the year before) I would appreciate some back up from you . This IS NOT A SECURE apartment complex!

            Wonderful location and buildings at *********** in ****. ****************** is not very friendly and poor misleading business tactics for new potential renters. Im not sure thats a very good business model if you are not being very friendly to new clients. Maybe the leasing agent doesnt have the needed equipment and information? Or maybe its just all set up very bad. Wish it was better!
