I HAVE BEEN HELPING MY MOTHER IN LAW PURCHASE HER FIRST HOME FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. THROUGHOUT ALL THESE MONTHS I WE HAVE TURNED IN ALL DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY **** IN A FAST TIME MANNER. **** IS THE ***** BUT HAD HIRED HELP AND NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY CALLS, EMAILS OR TEXTS. i WOULD COPY HIM AND HIS ASSISTANT ********** MY REALTOR ALSO WOULD TRY TO GET A HOLD OF THEM AND NO RESPONSES EITHER. THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS WHEN THEY WOULD RESPOND THEY WOULD SAY EVERYTHING IS GOING SMOOTHLY AND WE HAD TURNED IN ALL DOCUMENTS- THEY ALSO SAID WE HAD GOTTEN APPROVED. THEY SAID ALL WE NEEDED TO MOVE FORWARD ON THE HOUSE WE HAD MADE AN OFFER ON WAS THE APPRAISAL. HE MADE US PAY FOR IT AND THEN WOULDNT GET BACK AT ALL. THE HOUSE NEEDED SOME WORK ON THE **** SO THE APPRAISER NEEDED TO REVIEW IT TO MAKE SURE THE WORK WAS DONE AND **** HAD THE INFORMATION TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. WE HAD EXTENDING OUR CLOSING DATE VARIOUS TIMES - IT WAS ABOUT 4 TIMES. EVERYTIME WE REACHED OUT TO **** HE WOULD SAY HE WAS BUSY TAKING CARE OF HIS KIDS AND THE LAST ONE WAS - HE WAS AT AN ANNIVERSARY DINNER. HE THEN SAID WE HAD TO PAY OFF SOME CREDIT CARD DEBT BUT DECIDED TO SAY THIS THE LAST WEEK THAT THE CLOSING WAS EXTENDED AGAIN. HOW COULD HE WAIT TILL LAST MINUTE TO SAY THIS AND THEN NO RESPONSE AGAIN. OUR CONTRACT WAS UP ON 05/13 AND HE WOULDNT RESPONSE WITH THE APPRAISER INFOR ETC. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE LOST THE HOUSE WE WANTED FOR HIS LACK OF RESPONSES AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND HE MADE US PAY FOR AN APPRAISAL KNOWING THAT OTHER DOCUMENTS HAD TO BE SUBMITTED FOR THE LOAN TO GET APPROVED - EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD US IT WAS ALREADY APPROVED AND NO OTHER DOCUMENTS WERE NEEDED. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SO STRESSFUL AND DRAINING TO SAY THE LEAST BUT I WOULD NEVER REFERRED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AGAIN. IT SEEMS LIKE HIS PERSONAL LIFE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MEETING DEADLINES AND MESSING WITH PEOPLES MONEY.

I'm sorry you feel this way but the reason for losing this house was for two main reasons. The house did not pass FHA inspection and you were unable to meet the minimum ****** *** guidelines. As for the lack of communication, I will not apologize for taking care of my children at 9pm and not taking your call. Nor having my anniversary dinner and not taking your call. I also asked for your understanding while helping a family member with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and asked if you were okay having my assistant also be available to help with your file. Once again, I'm sorry for your stress and disappointment but the house was lost due an FHA inspection and inability to meet ****** and ******* guidelines. Neither of which are in my control. The house not passing inspection was never communicated to us. All you said was the appraiser needed to turn in his paperwork stating the roof work had already been done. Also your assistant never responded to us as welll in which both of you were always copied on everything. When we would reach out it would be throughout the day during work hours and your kids were always the excuse. I am a parent too and never do I use my kids as an excuse to not get my work done. The day of your anniversary dinner was the closing date on the house in which the sellers agent was waiting for responses and you communicated saying you were going to call at that moment and see what was going on and again it was between the hours of 9-3 when you finally responded you said you were at an anniversary dinner and it was around 8:00 pm. Every single time we reached out was during business hours and you would respond after hours. We couldnt never reach you nor our realtor.
