      This company deserves 0 stars. Over the last month I worked with a lender from this company as a first time home buyer. HUGE MISTAKE. Throughout the entire process, the lender failed to communicate with both me and my realtor. In multiple instances, we had to do things that were his responsibility. 2 days before closing, he asked me to wire the closing costs. At this point, he had not even sent the closing disclosure to the attorneys for them to know how much money I owed. An hour before our closing he called to say we couldn't close because of a mistake on his side. He failed to communicate with me, my father, and realtor claiming he only works 9-5pm. He failed at every part of the loan process. He completed everything at the last possible minute and failed to take accountability for his mistakes. We ended up closing 3 hours later affecting everyone including the seller's closing. Not only was closing delayed, fees were not accurately quoted and numbers/dates were incorrect. None of my questions could be accurately answered throughout the process. Rather than taking accountability, both the lender and his lead continued to make excuses and blame others for their mistakes. Even the closing attorney had never seen anything like this. This should have been an exciting experience for me, but this company made it so beyond stressful. They need to be held accountable and this lender should not have a valid license.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience, but in trying to help you shop for the lowest insurance premiums, there were changes near the end which caused a small delay even though we still closed sooner than the original contract date. There are a lot of moving parts on these transactions and numbers are always estimated until closing. We wish you the best in your new home.

      Please don't use Ruth *******  She is inexperienced and lacks basic knowledge. She came to me, asking if she could help me with the purchase of my new house, when I already had someone else in place. I thought she could handle my purchase, but could not. If your loan is anything beyond the most basic loan, she will leave you in a lurch. She was supposed to provide the loan on my new home, and not only did she not succeed, she let me believe she could. I signed the closing documents on the home I was selling, thinking I was ready to go with the new home purchase; I wasn't and she didn't let me know. She let me sell my house, knowing she would not be able to finish my loan on time, basically leaving me homeless. Some of her problems include, not keeping information confidential, vacationing during a critical step in the loan process and not having anyone step-in, repeatedly asking me questions that had already been answered, didn't even know what documents were needed...it was a total disaster. I highly encourage you to not use Ruth.

      Based on new information which Ruth received late, changes had to be made in order to keep the loan together. You were not happy with that and we accommodated your requests even though solutions were offered. Ruth is more than happy to re-visit this, go through the information and see what can be done to get this closed if any help is still needed.

      I appreciate the response, however, the information that Ruth is "Claiming" was late, was only just asked for. She also gave financial information to someone that called her that wasn't even on the loan. She DID NOT keep information confidential, including my employees and fiancé. Obviously, I don't want Ruth to go through any information. She is inexperienced and did not even know "what" information to ask for.

      We have the emails to verify that ****** did not want us to do anything for him in regards to what is needed in order to properly provide a quote for a mortgage loan. We explained that if we cannot do any of our required procedures to see if we can help, that we were not the right lender for him and he should try other lenders in the market and to see if someone else could provide a quote based on what he emailed us. This does not make us rude, this just means that we respect his time and based on what he emailed us, we were not the right lender for him.

      First off we have no bad credit second they wanted us to file for a *** ****** ****, we refused, then they wanted us to pay for credit repear ,,we refused to ,then wanted us to go bk to school, we refused that ,then sold our info to other telemarketers, then charged our bank account $40.00 ,refuse to speak to our bank explain themselves, cards canceled reported fraud ,then waited and strung us along for denial letter that they already denied us not told us till today
