Do not use this company! If the rest of the reviews don't convince you, here is one more to add to the fray. We signed an agreement that had us receiving service from Cintas until February 2025. In early 2023, I had reached out to Cintas for information on cancelation because most of the products we had originally signed up for were not working out and the products we did have left were hardly worth the cost. I spoke with our account representative and tried to find a solution but after cost-comparing and their statement that they could not meet the cost of my current suppliers, I opted out of additional services and chose to honor the remainder of our contract and be done from there. In February 2023, I sent both an email and an account portal statement of my intention to cancel at the time of our contract end in 2025. A few months ago, a team member from Cintas entered our building and asked for a signature from one of our team members when I was not there as the account holder and contact. My team member claims that he thought it was a normal recognition of service signature and offered to sign it but it turns out it was a contract extension. I reached out to Cintas to again tell them that I had no intention of extending my contract and that as the account holder, only I had the authority to sign new contracts, not any of my team. No one from Cintas reached out to me about an extension, they simply showed up and talked to one of the team members. Cintas is denying my request to cancel my contract because they have a signature of extension and that it doesn't matter who signed it nor that I had already requested cancelation more than once. I spoke with a manager from Cintas who verbally claimed that what the account rep did was wrong and unprofessional but that it still held up as an agreement. It took forever to get a copy of the "new agreement." Lawyers are now involved.Review from tomas c

I was offered a full time Job verbally. They explained the on-boarding process is very slow and will be 6-8 weeks.I called six weeks later and they had filled the job with someone else.Review from Danny L

Read contract VERY carefully and I suggest do not sign. The sales team told us it was a one year contract. Should have read the contract more carefully when signed but it was a 4 year contract. we are now stuck paying for an extra 3 years. It is terrible business practice to lie to customers about what the contract says when you are signing it but I did make the mistake of not reading carefully and unfortunately stuck with a 4 year contract now, which they say is always the minimum.Review from Bambi G

Customer service is terrible. The sales representative told my contract staffer she had to sign to get winter carpets for our shop location. They never mention the length of the contract (5 years). He told us if we were not happy we could cancel at anytime. That is simply not true. We ordered these for winter carpets for a retail store so customers would not slip. We don't need summer carpets (we signed for a 12-month contract not 5 months which is what is needed). When they continued to deliver carpets in the summer, we asked the to pause to the winter months only. We told them this was an error/misunderstanding. We reminded them they told us we could cancel at anytime (cited in other complaints below). They would not change the contract and cited the 5-year contract. They said it would cost $1500 to get out of the contract. I asked it we could just change it to winter carpets for 5 years. They would only reduce the number of carpets we get every month. It should be noted we are NOT using the summer carpets at all and putting them in storage until they come and replace them again and again and again. Customer service rep said that is my problem. This is a waste of their time and our money. I have three stores and could use winter carpets to fulfill what my contract terms for number of months we pay them. I told that was told it's not an option to transfer our contract to other locations - but i could use them for other services like cleaning supplies (not needed). If I treated my customers like this, we would have very few. Why do they get away with this? Where is the accountability? I asked to speak to someone senior that could make decisions and got a customers service manager that was immovable.Review from Trey E

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The company is terrible and a scam. They will charge for things you never received and will keep raising prices every year. Stay away.Review from Jenna L

I hate to give them even a single star! We have been with them for many years and two weeks ago, I was handed an "official" notice of an increase of "approximately" $15.14. When asked to sign (over and over) by the driver, I kept refusing and asking to see the breakdown of this increase. I was told that there was none. I said I would call customer service and was told they would not know anything. I then said I would call the signer of the notice, Mihir G***, and was told that he would not be able to help or answer any questions. After refusing to sign yet again, I was finally given the number of my account manager who, although professional, did not understand why I am so upset. When he sent over the breakdown for my account, I found out the "approximate $15.14" increase was double for my account since I am serviced biweekly. This is over 20% increase and is not warranted in this economy, I refused to pay. Instead of letting us out of the contract, my account manager told me that I would not have to pay the increase or terminate and pay them almost $6,000 for early termination. Well, after the unprofessional way this was handled, I want out of this contract so I can go to a REPUTABLE company. While CPI increases are expected, (not over 20%), the way this was handled felt underhanded and sneaky. How could only one person in a company know of a "supposed" company wide increase and why would I be denied contact with customer service and the signer of the letter? I am sorry but this feels like someone is trying to increase their contract amounts. Since I am in a contract, I am stuck with Cintas. I will be watching over every service and will make sure everything is at least 100% every time. I will no longer let forgotten products and subpar materials slide. Please take this as a warning, Cintas is sneaky and underhanded....you have been warned.
