              5/2023 Nephrology department wrote a prescription for a rollator. I have leukemia and kidney cancer. I had one kidney removed. Discount Drug Mart stated I had to pay for the rollator up front and they would bill ***** Medicare and then reimburse me. They never filed with *****, they did not respond to my letters. They refused to connect me to a supervisor. Then they had the audacity to bill me twice. I contacted ***** and they also stated Drug Mart should have filed. Now it is 15 months. Can you help me get reimbursed.

              I have used the pharmacy at drug mart for over 20 years until last year when I was treated with rudeness and disregard. I switched pharmacies but after an apology I switched back. Today, I was insulted and brushed off. The pharmacist didnt care to clarify nor treat me with any decency. I will be switching again and will not return. The only decent part is the cashiers that work here who are very friendly and efficient.
