I ask what I was going to be charged. Receptionist kept saying she doesn’t know those people behind me know. I ask about my co-pay she said that’s just what the computer says to charge you so I got my insurance card out. And it was so if it’s $40 twice a week I don’t know if I can afford that and I was just thinking whether I should start therapy or not since out-of-pocket was gonna be expensive. Finally I said OK here’s my $40. She have a set. I waited in the waiting room patiently talking to other patients. As the patients were called back and I still sitting there. I looked up at the clock and I told the lady across from me oh my appointment was 22 minutes ago . The lady said yeah because of him. I looked up and there was a man standing over me. He looked at me and said, is there a problem. And I said I just said I’ve been waiting 22 minutes for appointment. He goes well. Is there a problem with that. And I said I don’t know just waiting a long time. And he said well come on back if you want to I guess. I said you guess? He said yeah I guess if you want to. I said you know what I just really want to get my money back. He said I think that would be best. I was treated extremely rude. My time is just as valuable as his. He well I just got your paperwork , I guess it took 22 minutes to get my paperwork which was already completely filled out. And when he first looked at me, he looks from my head to my feet and then back up again like. I guess I wasn’t good enough for this business! They don’t want anyone to question what they charge! I’ll never go back there. I don’t recommend anybody else does either.
