Please share ! WARNING !!! KMA KMA don't do business with KMA I Highly advise to avoid doing business with KMA ! They charge my mother ******* for a air conditioner and coil only !!! Installed the wrong coil , system won't run or cool properly at all !! Since the wrong coil was installed it more than likely damaged the new A/C compressor ! They said they would replace the coil but can't warranty the a/c compressor that should have a 10 year warranty ! That is now void do to the sales and installation of the wrong coil !! Avoid KMA at all cost **** $ they refuse to refund the money or warranty equipment they sold and installed !!! They refuse to own the mistakes on sales and install and honor the warranty and way way over charged on top of that !!Patriot Air quoted a complete system a/c furnace and all for 5300$ installed that will be getting installed this Thursday ! Please share , I refuse to let this business treat my mother or anyone's family this way ! SHARE SHARE SHARE PLEASE !!

They were supposed to be at my home between 10 & 12. At 12:30 I couldn't wait any longer so I called to cancel. The person that answered the phone tole me they couldn't cancel and I had to be transferred to Dispatch. ( Don't understand why they couldn't have handled it themselves? )The person at Dispatch told me an abrupt " ok, thanks, goodbye !She didn't even say she was sorry and ask me if I would like to reschedule. I have done business with this place over the last few years and up until now, had no problems up until now. Good help must be much harder to get these days.

Do NOT do business with them. I had an electrical emergency where a power surge entered my house through a telephone line starting a fire in the basement. After the fire was put out, the fire chief advised that I not turn on my power until the house was inspected by an electrician. KMA was the closest business I could get to respond quickly and that they did. The electrician however surveyed the house and told me the house had taken the equivalent of a lightening strike. He said the entire breaker panel was destroyed and not until that was replaced would we know the extent of the damage. He said that probably lines within the house would need replaced and possibly any appliance having a circuit board was also damaged. He submitted an initial repair estimate for just replacing the breaker box at $13,000. My insurance rejected that and requested the repair be re-estimated. After several calls to the business by me and my claims adjuster, no estimate was submitted. But they always gave the excuse that it was coming. A week and a half later I found a local electrician who surveyed the damage. He found NOTHING WRONG with the electrical service to my house and turned the power back on. Unfortunately the house was without power during the cold spell with inside temperatures dropping to 45 degrees. The company/electrician saw the opportunity to get big bucks out of a senior citizen and insurance company and tried to make costly repairs where no repairs were needed. Their scam also cost time in getting the other repairs needed to my house since it sat without power all that time. And that's not even beginning to touch the distress it caused me personally. They couldn't care less. I wouldn't trust anything that this company does.

KMA is customer friendly, knowledgeable & professional! Their products are top of the line & the technician today took his time to review the workings of my ******************* maintenance. Calling the office is a pleasure...they provide assistance, get your answers for you! Highly recommend this company.

KMA is the worst company and we will never use them again. The motor fan on our furnace went out Saturday while it was 20 degrees. They came out and charged us $250 to tell us what we already knew, and then quoted us $1,300 to fix that one part. So we did our own research and my fianc fixed it for a total of $200. The part was $150 and it was an hour drive to pick up the part we needed. Where was the $1,300 they were quoting us coming from?? They generally do not care and want to steal your money. We will never recommend them to anyone.

They con you into a product you really did not need. They do sloppy work. They are not real reliable. I would not recommend them to anybody. Please read reviews. Most people are not happy with this company. I read even a employee quit because. They are trained to emulate people to tell them this is what they need just to get more money. ***

Had an appointment for a window of 1 - 5 pm. I called at 4:30 to ensure I was still on the list and the office said I was. At 6:15 I called back, after no one showed or called, and the office was closed.Recommend you use another company.
