Constituent had her 2004 ford focus at Wilsons for repairs in 2019. She issued $1000.00 cash payment for repairs. She was told she could make remaining payments towards repairs as she can. She was in
communication with Wilsons up until they sold it in December 2021. She still owed on financing for the vehicle and also had a lien on the title.
