            On April 11 2022, I placed on an online order with this company. On April 18 2022, I contacted a representative of the company via ******** messenger to check the status of my order. After a very unpleasant conversation, the representative of the company, NOT I, canceled my order and only issued me a partial refund. Since they canceled the order, I would like a complete refund for my order they chose not to fulfill.
