Do not hire this guy. He broke my underground drainage pipes while tearing out my concrete patio. He repaired it, then proceeded to drive his Bobcat loaded with wet concrete back and forth over the repairs. Needless to say, it came apart. He allegedly “took care of it”, and proceeded with the concrete pour. Several days afterward, we had a big rain and water was GUSHING up out of the ground where the downspout drains into drainage pipe. After several attempts to reach him, he has completely ignored me. I had to hire another contractor rip out his work, replace the drainage pipe - which he had DUCT TAPED TOGETHER, and pour new concrete. After filing with small claims court, I have tried to contact him two more times in order to settle this amicably. He continues to COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. I’ve been told by the concrete company who recommended him that hey have taken him off their recommendation list. So BEWARE.

HIRE THIS GUY/COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. Awarding one star because the site won’t take zero stars. It’s a bit of a long story, but briefly, in May of 2022, he and his son tore out a large portion of my old patio, and replaced it. In the process, they destroyed the underground drainage pipes and replaced most, but not all of them. What pipes he replaced came apart and were repaired with duct tape. In the end when the job was done, AND PAID FOR including 20% OVER the estimate, I had drainage and flooding issues where I never had before. HERE’S THE KICKER. I called him, emailed him, texted him, in order to discuss and try to resolve the issue amicably. NEVER HEARD ONE WORD FROM HIM. So finally I filed a claim in SMALL CLAIMS COURT. After a pre-trial hearing in September ‘22, and the official hearing in December of 22, the MAGISTRATE AWARDED ME MONETARY DAMAGES . On January 17, 2023, I was OFFICIALLY AWARDED A MONETARY JUDGEMENT by a JUDGE in The Municipal Court of Clark County. As of February 9, 2023, HE HAS NOT PAID A THING, OR EVEN RESPONDED. Prior to the final hearing, I even made an offer in writing to settle out of court for less than my claim. Nothing, nada, zero. HE HAS NEVER BOTHERED TO REACH OUT TO ME OR MADE AN OFFER TO SETTLE.
