      I have an extreme wrap coverage on my truck with a $100 deductible, a claim for repairing an air conditioning fan is being held up for review (6 days as I write this) because of the cost of the repair. This is a direct violation of the terms of agreement in the warranty I paid for. In the past I might have given them 5 stars for their ability to process my claims quickly. It makes no sense that it should take this long. I have researched my legal options but do not want to go that route. All I want is for my warranty contract to be honored. I see they reply to other complaints by indicating the coverage is laid out in the paperwork. Obviously I am frustrated with this company. I did speak to a couple people that at least appeared to want to help me, while others simply said my claim was in queue and waiting to be evaluated. It should not take this long for the dealership to hear back. The repair itself will take a full two days once they get the approval. I just want this company to honor their contracts as they point out in any of their rebuttals to poor feedback.

      They are easily the best warranty administration company we've worked with. Claims are paid properly and quickly, allowing customers to fully benefit from their coverage no matter where they travel.

      I wouldn't of gave them a one star if there was another way to activate this message box. They screwed us too, when we bought the car they told us to just keep the receipts of your oil changes if you choose to go elsewhere for oil changes. Deery miss informed us on purpose I'm guessing to save money and now out of business. Oh Nicole from NWAN was a little gitty on phone, she was excited to tell us that our warranty for ever was now void because of two on-time oil changes were not called in prior to being done ????? What the heck is that but an "excuse" to drop us. I will take care of this one.

      jorge was fantastic he got my warranty repair approved in a matter of mins instead of hours because i explained i had the customer at my dealership waiting and they didn't have hours to wait. Very kind and courteous gentleman he was very helpful with walking me through their process. He was very professional.

      Shannon was great, empathetic, patient, and willing to help explain the process. She went out of her way to get me into contact with the appropriate individuals at my dealership, and she followed up as she said she would.       Zero Stars. My repair had nothing to do with oil changes. It was Rear Hub Assembly. They denied due to one oil change being over 3500 miles despite the dealership telling me oil changes needed to be within 5000 miles. Not worth the paper it was printed on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

      They will find any excuse to get out of paying for your car repair. They make up rules as they go and is a pointless extended warranty company to have. They denied a claim of ours at first because they said we waited too long to get an oil change, then once we provided receipts that we got an oil change on schedule, they denied it again saying that we did not ask for permission prior to getting an outside oil change. This provision was never explained to us and it seems predatory. DONT USE THIS WARRANTY SERVICE

      The few times that I have contacted customer support they have been very professional and helped me in a timely manner. I was never on hold for a long Wait times and they were patient and friendly. I want to send a shout out to Shannon ****** Contract Administrator in Strongsville who was very helpful with my inquiry. She was also able to email me some information to help further along my process. And I want to personally thank her for just being thoroughly informative and very quick on her response.
