On 9/14/21 I entered into a contract to have a 42 inch vinyl fence installed. I paid $4325 as half down for supplies. Per my HOA approval the job needed to be completed in 60 days. I was able to get an extension due to Covid and supply demand. This company didn’t do the work and when I texted they always had an excuse why they couldn’t come. In November they drilled holes for posts in my yard and left them for a month. I have grand babies and pets who could have fallen in them, when I asked about getting fence completed they said they had Covid and then more and more excuses. After numerous texts from me they came out and started to install the fence but the fence was 36in instead of agreed 42in. When I confronted them, they said that’s what you ordered. My contract clearly states 42in. They proceeded to yell and cuss at me and said they would have to buy more fence now and that was going to cost them out of pocket. I told them It was their mistake and not mine. On Jan 14/.2022 the fence was finished and I paid the contract In full. I have all invoices and they cashed my check. Then on Jan 22, 2022 they came by my home and put an invoice on my door for $2000 said it was for the extra fence they had to buy. We exchanged some heated texts and phone calls , the owner claimed to have visited my HOA and created issues there as well. I need to make sure that this company does not keep doing this to home owners, Im afraid they will show up and try to take my fence down and they told me they would be putting a labor Lein against my home for the $2000. I never agreed to anything but original contract that they failed to follow and get done on time and never agreed to anything else. I’m afraid they will come on my property and try and hurt me I’m a single woman who lives alone. The fact that he threatened me and my home this company should not be permitted to work in Ohio. I have all texts with info for confirmation. They are a shady company who does shady business.
