I wouldnt go here even if my teeth were rotting out. The company is in network for delta dental but has shady business practices and refuses to correctly bill insurance. For dental implants they act like they are billing insurance and tell you insurance only covered like $20- come to find out they only submitted X-rays to insurance. I went back and forth with them about this issue and they told me they were waiting to hear back from insurance. After reaching out to insurance I found out they never contacted insurance - the insurance company reached out to them and the dental office told them they dont file implants through insurance even though the office acted like they did to me originally. Delta dental filed on their database that the office refused to send the information to insurance and told me this was against the *** guidelines and the office is required to submit all procedures to them as part as an in network provider. The office also refuses to use CPT codes for procedures so you can not submit it to insurance yourself as well. The dentist gets mad when confronted with all this information and tells you it would cost him more to do it that way, even though he should be obligated to do it that way as an in network provider. So, if you want to pay 10x as much as you should for any procedure, I guess go here but I wont ever be returning.
