Is there a negative star rating? I booked and paid for table and chair delivery for my daughter's baby shower on a Saturday. Delivery was scheduled for 10 am and after several phone calls and excuses from them, they showed up 2hrs and 14 mins late. The event started at noon. My guests had to help set and decorate, no urgency from the delivery boys, our food was delivered at 11:30 and sat for an hour while we set up the tables. To top it off, they didn't show up at the 5:30pm pickup time. I had to wait an extra 35 minutes for them to show up after yet another phone call and excuse why they weren't there. After calling them on Monday with my complaints and given apologies and more excuses, they asked what would make it right. I explained I would like at least half my money refunded. I was told he would discuss with his team and Id get a email soon. I received said email, indicating they would refund 50% of equipment charges, which would appear in my account in 5-7 days. I responded back stating Id like the $105 delivery charge refunded as well, since they showed up AFTER my guests arrived. I received another email stating they would refund the delivery fee because they were late. I responded back thanking them stating Id expect two refunds in 5-7 days. I then received an email stating I would only receive the delivery fee refunded because they did deliver the equipment and I used it. I chose this company because of decent reviews and the fact they were veteran owned and operated, as I love supporting our veterans. Id like to thank them for not only the embarrassment of my guests setting up, but the embarrassment of choosing a "Veteran Owned" business. Shame on you and I hope you served our country better than this!
