8/31/22-Present My ex-wife and I were ordered to use Niesen Resolution Services for mediation, on August 31, 2024.
After several delays, I finally had my intake interview in October 2022. During that interview, I expressed the need to cover two main concerns, not resolved in court. These concerns was time sensitive and needed to be addressed promptly. I specifically requested a meeting with the opposing party to get a determination on these issues as soon as possible. That request was ignored by Ms. ******, as my ex-wife refused to participate in mediation.
My ex-wife made the decision, independent of mediation, to proceed with one of the areas of concern. I was never involved int that decision. Ms. ****** did not entertain a meeting until March 2023, when addressing the concerns were irrelevant. My ex-wife had refused to participate in mediation yet, Ms. ****** addressed her complaints with no transparency. She did nothing to address any of my concerns and I was more than willing to participate to obtain clarification and resolution.
Ms. ****** set forth rules of conduct that were to be adhered to by all involved, we both signed.
Included in it, all correspondence was to be shared with both parties, in the name of transparency. I have attempted on multiple occasions, by phone and email, to address billing issues as well. Ms. ****** charged me for sending an email regarding billing. She spent the retainer for conversations and correspondence, I have no record of.
I was billed for correspondence I have no record of, but she will not produce. I’ve asked for a personal meeting with her to resolve these issues and she will not discuss billing without billing for additional charges for this. I can provide greater detail than this form allows if needed. Once I refused to participate, until the issues were resolved, the decision to no longer retain her services was made. I have since attempted to reconcile the billing issues and have been ignored.
