I have always loved how respectful and helpful all the staff was. Also, best selection around here. If it exists, they usually have it. I've been solely shopping at Atoms for about a year now. I use to drive passed 7 stores that sell vape stuff just to give Atoms my business because I loved everything about them.I suffer from Tardive Dyskinesia so I drop things a lot. In this passed year, I've broken several Vapes. First vape I bought was Freemax Maxis 1oo watt. Broke it quick. Atoms employee suggested the Geekvape Aegis Mini because it was "pretty much indestructible" as he said. I went through 3 of them before I bought my Freemax Maxis 2oo watt. All from Atoms along with several coils and tanks for the vapes. I have the worst luck and these things are far more expensive than what I could afford. I'm a debt slave.Yesterday was a horrible day for so many reasons. Anything that could go wrong did. Anyways, I entered the shop and started to look around because I knew what I needed but my funds were limited. Quickly I asked how much the Smoke TFV18 Tank was because mine broke about a month ago. I quickly corrected myself and asked how much it would cost for the tank and a $30 vape juice combined with the two business cards that I had to get a discount. I was about 70 short and he was nice enough to say "no worries, you're OK.." I was flustered and told him ide take care of him next time I come here. He repeated himself more sternly. "I told you, No Worries!" I thanked him over and over as I handed him all of my money. I'm happy as h*** because I ran out of all my vape juice and now can vape my favorite kind! Strawberry Jelly Donut. I pull in my drive and run in the house. Open the bag and was pissed! Only thing in there was the tank! I didn't realize that he only put the tank in the bag because I always look around rather than watch what they do.OK! It's alright. I'll just drive back and it will be fixed. Small misunderstanding. I get back and it's the other guy there. I quickly told him my dilemma. He walks over to the spot to look at what he's got left. He only had a couple 3mg bottles. No 6mg on that kind. He states that he hasn't had any 6mg bottles in that kind for a while than says a 3mg bottle was missing so that's what he gave me. I told him I don't even smoke 3mg, I smoke 6mg. Also, the other guy looked at the receipt and it clearly said 6mg bottle and the TFV18 Tank. They both said that they gave me a 3mg bottle which is not true.Conclusion: I was so upset. They ripped me off of a $3o bottle of "Loaded: Strawberry Jelly Donut." I also wasted gas going back and forth! Gas is not cheap ATM. I told them that I'll never shop there again because of this. The owner replied "That's fine, we get plenty of people in here." "We don't need you." That really hurt my feelings. I thought that I had a good repore with them. This guy was always so Kool with me until he cut my throat. I am still in shock! Always check your bag before you leave because if you don't watch them 100% of the time, this could happen to you! Another life ****** learned! And developed a new friendship with one of the owners of a vape shop closer to my house.-December 7th-
