August 20,2022 Paid $30,000.00 for treatment of addiction. The problem, I was suffering from a mental breakdown, they would not listen to me. They persuaded me to stop my depression/anxiety medications, therefore my depression became even more out of control. I stayed for 8 days, during this time I was subjected to a tremendous amount of unhealthy conditions. My room once I was released from quarantine was a complete disaster. Beds unmade, food stuck to the furnishings, no bedding, the shower had a previous persons items in it, along with mold and tiles falling in the shower. The carpet was littered with personal items as well. I tried to discuss this with the counselors, head director and assistant director. I filled out a grievance as well. All dealt with by ignoring my requests to speak to someone regarding the situation. The kitchen/dining area coffee machine, drinks dispenser are not in working order whatsoever. Sinks that drain directly onto the floor, no cleaning products to speak of, dirty dishes left in tubs, dining tables unclean as well. The laundry area was filled with personal items, mostly molded, mold on the walls, only a few of the laundry/drying machines in working order. When I tried to leave the facility I was chased by two individuals on foot and one by car. I had to contact the Pittsburgh County Sheriff to assist me from Arrowhead State Park. I would like my money returned to me for the simple fact that they cannot help me, I have major depression disorder and PTSD. This is in no way the type of treatment that I need for my recovery.
