            In September, 2022, the BBB investigated Chewers business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of complaints. Concerning consumers not receiving their items ordered or a refund. Consumers reporting the business using different names and guarantee issues with products.  On December 5th, 2022, BBB sent an email to Chewers with the following questions..

            • Consumers report your business is advertising "Indestructible Dog Beds" but they get torn up easily. Can you tell me about your advertisement?

            • Consumers report your business is doing business under different names. Can you tell me about this?


            BBB did not receive a response. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business model.

            BBB unable to locate business
            I ordered a dog bed from this website on 11/23/22. I then received the bed on 12/13/22. The bed is advertised as being indestructible and chew proof. My dog managed to chew through it within a few hours of having the bed.I contacted the company immediately (same day, 12/13/22) and asked for a refund. They informed me they would replace the bed and ship it to me. On 1/5/23 I tracked the package since I still had not received it and it was shipped to a location in ********, ***. I let the company know of this shipping mistake and they said they would ship another one to me. They let me know it would be to me by 1/18/23. I emailed them again on 1/19/23 about not receiving the bed by the date they mentioned. They also did not provide a tracking number so I have no way of checking until I hear back from them. There is not customer service number listed anywhere so emailing is the only way to contact.I am starting to think this company is a scam and have seen several reviews online agreeing with this statement. I want my money back that I spent on the bed which was $78.19.

            I received my order of "Chew Proof dog bed (Indestructible+) - M". The bed measures 45" x 31", instead of the listed size of 41" x 28". This bed will not fit into my dog's crate because it doesn't match the size on the website. I contacted the company via email and their webpage contact form and got no response in 2+ weeks. I tried to leave a review on their webpage and there is no way to make an account to leave a review.
