I purchased their training package "on a discount" in order to continue and be hired. Training was pushed back a week because of managers own travel plans. I received a new sign up sheet, with different times than the original class time I signed up for. Upon sending 3 emails to confirm the next week's arrival time (5-6:30), I was stood up at a location that showed no signs it was related to Epic Photography. After being told people would be "coming and going throughout the 4-6:30 time period" manager says she'd decided to go home when nobody showed at 4. I can't imagine weddings going well if she's in charge of scheduling. I'd driven over 2 hours for the training and had my husband take off work. I attempted to tell myself it would be worth it all. We spoke on the phone and agreed to meet at the same time next week. Hoping I wasn't being scammed I looked forward to training. With this being the 3rd week of time invested. After confirming again and having my husband take off work again, I rushed through Denver traffic to be there. When I arrived she had her puppy with her. Fine. I love dogs. Two others arrived for the training. We were taken down a cement stairwell into a dirty empty basement garage. Most of the time was spent making sure the puppy didn't consume screws. The puppy pooped twice in this small garage leaving little air to breathe that didn't smell of dog waste. I went to take a picture in the squatting position and was knocked backwards by the large puppy (at least 50lbs). I had a large knot on my forehead from the impact of the camera. I toughened through the rest of the "training" .. which consisted of (go take pictures of stuff.. in an empty garage..so wedding photographers being trained to take pictures of outlets). I am shocked at how unprofessional the entire encounter was. How lacking in communication a wedding photography company is. I feel for all the other photographers that got taken by this place. Don't be fooled by the pretty website.

Obviously **** as not happy with our training process. We have refunded the $25 fee for the online course that we offer to people training. We are always open to feedback and improving our training process.

My review was deleted from their Google page. They're attempting to cover up their awful treatment towards me. I just wanted an apology. My family wants me to hire a lawyer for my injuries.. which far surpassed their "refund". I will keep checking on it as nobody deserves to go through what I went through. I never received an apology from anybody, for how I was treated or for my injury. Unfortunately, they do not address any concerns appropriately as no actions were taken regarding the discrimination or injuries I sustained. A company completely void of feelings would be a poor choice for anyone's Wedding.
