I feel they are bad installer that does not deliver as promised. There were many time throughout the project that I got the feeling they did not know what they were doing. One good example is on the final city inspection Harvest Solar was not present during the inspection and the inspector indicated that Harvest Solar did not order the correct inspection. The inspector passed the inspection but left a negative comment in his report and PSO rejected the inspection. The onsite crew also showed up to my home unannounced and when they were suppose to be at the house they showed up late and left early. They also did not show up on what should have been the last day of the install (no notice or reason). As such the install has dragged out over a month and I am still waiting on them to finish fixing the drywall by the breaker box. I also observed them playing around while working (in one case they were throwing a football around). When they give a time estimate at least double it. So far they have stayed to the agreed amount in the original contract but they do keep asking for money to be paid early. However after 3 months the project is not complete and a final receipt has not been provided.
