Hello, Mr. Customer. You called me over the weekend on Saturday and told me you had smoke under your hood, your car stopped working automatically, and that it wouldn't start. I've been doing this for 13 years. Usually if there is an indication of smoke under the hood and it won't start one would assume it's a blown motor. Me assuming you neglected  your car and blew your motor I went into action to research what engines were going for in case there was a need for one. I was able to locate one during my vacation. I asked the customer if they thought they blew their motor over phone before my arrival back to work. They said no. The customer has had the vehicle for about half a year and we have GPS stored data that the vehicle has done them very well. The data shows us the vehicle has been driven many miles. This customer is assuming we sold them a faulty vehicle. I do not believe a faulty vehicle would of held up that long. Before we sell vehicles we drive each vehicle about 20-30 miles before sell and we have mechanic shops inspect them for any flaws before. If flaws are detected we fix them before sell. If major issues are found we address them or we dispose of the vehicles never to be sold to the public on our lot. The car we  sold Mr. Customer was in good shape. However it is not our responsibility to service the vehicle once it is sold. Mr customer neglected his vehicle and did not take proper precautions to take care of his vehicle. When I arrived back to my office the vehicle would not start and had water mixed with the oil when I pulled the dip stick. The dip stick displayed a milky white substance. Which is an indication of a neglect and a blown head. We notified the customer immediately by telephone following with a coutesy text message. The customer called us and we relayed the news that they neglected to take proper precautions to maintain their vehicle. We offered to help Mr. Customer by covering half of the cost and repairs and adding the other half on their note because of their good payment history. The customer refused and became angry. The customer then proceeded to threaten me to cause me bodily harm and injury and hospitalize me. They then proceeded with more threats such as law suits and defmation of my character to spread false information about my company to the public. I told the customer this call was unprofessional and eneded the conversation. We had to involve the police in order to not escalate this situation to violence. Because of this Customers out rage I had to send my wife and children home from the dealership. We have gone above and beyond for Mr. Customer. But we do not take threats lightly. And the customer has neglected their vehicle. Because of his behavior there is nothing we can do to help them in anyway shape or form.

At this point Carl is lying. There was never smoke coming out from underneath. My hood never said that I said I heard a pop and metal coming out from underneath my car. That is all he assumed that it was the motor because he knew that the motor was bad to begin with, and I only had the car roughly 3 months, just wow Carl ****** is a liar I’ve had had 5 to 10 people come to me and tell me that if you raise enough he’ll he’ll give you your down payment and your cat your money back that you’ve made payments on this is coming from several local people here in the community in Vinita, Oklahoma, where his little car lot rips people off every day I’m sorry, but I’m not gonna let this go. You weren’t gonna screw me like your plan because I have everything in text and I’ve known you since we were in grade school and you turned out just like your grandfather. I hope you’re happy Carl maybe it was your liquid glass in the engine I don’t know I’m not allowed on the property now because you want to act a fool yourself I’m sorry, but I will never recommend your car like anybody ever in my life. I’ll tell him to go to J Hatfields, or dodge or Ford anybody but you
