    My wife and I recently bought a home that needed a deep cleaning. Everything was scheduled for cleaning to begin/finish on **** 10th. ***** gave us with a checklist of what would be completed. We were excited to have my wife arrive after a 16 hour drive with a teen/5 dogs and enjoy our new home. Morning of **** 11th, I got a text message from ***** stating that the job was not completed. Our agent confirmed when she visited the location. The house was POORLY cleaned. The stove was left apart. Dirty water was in the sink along with other issues. The person she sent to do a deep clean was new. I voiced concerns with ***** and was told that her head housekeeper would complete the job before my wife arrived. She 100% guaranteed this. ***** also admitted it was a big job, but absolutely doable. Evening of **** 12th, I received a text message from ***** at 8:07pm stating the cleaner did not show up. ***** stated she would make it right. She said she would come do the job personally when she got back into town the next day. From a consumer standpoint we still didnt know what Make It Right looked like. My wife arrived to a mess! **** 13th, ***** came to the house to begin cleaning, alone. She said help would arrive at 4pm. My wife had to leave. At 5:11pm her Help still hadnt arrived. Already stressed my wife had to get home for a class. When my wife arrived she was completely dissatisfied with the job that had been doneit was a rush job. Still not done ***** requested to come back to finish. We cut off portions on the cleaning checklist because we had little faith basics would be completed. She complained about employees to my wife, mentioned one had made critical errors at another location which was unprofessional and irrelevant to our situation. ***** planned to come back the 15th. I called ***** **** 15th to let her know her services were no longer needed as she failed to Make it Right. Theres more, but limited to **** characters. Worst experience ever!!!!
