              10/24/24, ************************** charged me twice for the same order using a third party company such as **********. They collected payment information for my third party option but at the end of the order charged me the full amount through the same third party. I attempted call but was told ************************** orders hold two authorizations. I attempted gain relief and understanding and none was provided. This is fraud. They collected payment twice but I forced to cancel my order because I did not know which option they would select for payment and/or attempt to keep both payment methods.

              RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE! The ************************* (29L) is beyond a joke. After just 1.5 months of use, both straps snapped like they were made of cheap string. And the nightmare didnt stop thereNike had the audacity to deny my return simply because the tag with the manufacturer number was missing, even though they had all my purchase info in their system and could clearly see this broken disaster was theirs. I contacted them multiple times, and all I got was useless excuses and a complete refusal to stand by their defective MA0899-023 product. ******** customer service from a company that clearly doesnt care at all.
