              I purchased fishing lures that were of a brand that I normally purchase and use. However the ones that I purchased from this bimart were of way lesser quality than I am used to. So I decided to return them. However when I came in to return them, I was told that I was ridiculous and essentially dumb for trying to return them. Because they couldn't be resold, and nothing was wrong with them in their opinion. It was manager ****** and csm manager ******* of the bimart in corvallis, ******. They made fun of me, were rude, demeaning, took pictures of myself and of the packaging, etc. It was an appalling experience. In the return policy it states I can return the items for not being satisfied. So I was trying to do so. These folk in management positions should be demoted or fired for the way they treated me. And I'm someone that WAS a regular customer to this location. Never again!

              Lost my cell phone at the ********* ********** location on 03/05/2024 Right before noon time and almost had to get police involved to get it back custom service was extremely rude .I am almost 56 years old and a bi Mart member for years this treatment is not acceptable and she should be fired.
