I have been trying to reach someone at Navex about and issue with other company ***************** who are refusing me service and a response, but I have been hung-up on by Navex customer complaint team, by the way ***************** gave me there number and told me to call. I have tried to speak with someone today 3 times and they even gave me a supervisor, who transferring me to another person with out me knowing about the transfer, I said hello" and its a whole different person on the other end of the phone holding a conversation with me. When ask to be transferred back to the man that was on the other end, she hung the phone up again and that was that now about asking forBusiness response

Thank you for reaching out to express your concern. In reviewing your complaint I wasn't certain if you were indicating ***************** had hung up on you or a representative of NAVEX. If it's the latter that behavior is never tolerated. Our call center specialists are trained professionals who take thousands of calls per day regarding ethical violations as well as other matters. If the entity you were calling about is in fact a NAVEX customer, we would expect our specialists to politely and efficiently document your concerns in our world-class incident management system for our corporate client to review and, if appropriate, respond.
I would encourage you to call back, indicating for which company you're calling to file a complaint with and get a file number for any requested follow ups.

Navex, do you allow a company to respond to your/their Ethics line complaints, by stating,"Talk to our attorneys!"? How can any company with an ethics line be ethical, if they want to turn an ethics complaint into a legal matter? Ethics complaints are one thing, legal matters something else (though wrongdoing could become a legal matter, there would be not point in having an ethics line if companies just want to hide out with attorneys.) Doesn't Navex have a policy that forbids "talk to our lawyers" response for an ethics complaint response? What could be more unethical to hide out about and ethics complaint with legal presentation? Well, that is what BMI is attempting to do on this ethics complaint #************, since they could not respond honestly or ethically about our complaint , BMI issued responses, first the spurious email, here where they attempted to "play dumb" and say "they believe we have the wrong company" and then b. when Navex was phoned about this, they BMI complaint response was, "talk with our legal department!" These responses are both highly unethical and when our rep asked for a Navex manager, to see if Navex accepted a "talk to our lawyers" response about an "ethics" complaint on a so called, "Ethics and Integrity line" the Navex rep was rude and argumentative and was told not to argue with those trying to make an ethics complaint. When the manager got on the line, he jumped right into a Navex coverup, stating, "Do not harass our reps, I am terminating this call, and do not call again! The conclusion: Navex is unethical about their ethics line and is participating in a BMI coverup by allowing them to refer an ethics complaint to their legal department, and then not allowing the party filing the ethics complaint, Is Navexl an "Ethics Line" or a "Legal Line?" We still request a BMI response to our ethics complaints, that is not a legal cover up, and that Navex position on will they allow BMI to turn their "Ethics Line" into a "Legal Line?"Business response

We've reviewed your complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding your recent call to a customer of **********************. While we can't speak to the contents of your complaint nor how the complaint was handled by our customer, we'd like to make you aware that NAVEX Global's function is limited to ensuring that your complaint is forwarded to the designated person within our customer (based on how they've configured their system). NAVEX Global provides this service to over ****** companies worldwide. However, NAVEX Global does not control who within our customer receives your complaint nor how our customer responds to your complaint. We appreciate your frustration but are not in a position to address how you perceived your complaint was received by one of our customers. Your ******************** complaint isn't with NAVEX Global; it's with the entity with which you allege an ethics violation.

Our night shift shift leader at *************** FGF brand. They are one sided and they have a favoritism when its comes to there contrymen. And they always give us a hard time. Everyday they dont have enough team member .. and they are just seating on the office and play anything.Business response

NAVEX Global provides the largest unified platform for ethics and compliance, including our telephonic and web-based intake and incident management system on our NAVEX One All On One Platform which empowers employees to speak up when incidents occur. NAVEX provides these unified platforms to our customers who then are tasked with investigating and resolving complaints. NAVEX Global does not investigate or resolve any complaints. I have received at least two emails from a "no reply" number at navex global stating that I submitted a report about a company. I have never used navex for anything other than to apply for a job a few years back and my information seems to have been used on a ethics hotline without my permission/by fraudsters. I have not ever submitted a report or complaint about any company and would like my name and email address and other personal information to be removed.Business response

I contacted Navex after speaking with Advocate ****************** about a matter involving ***************************** and her office being provided with the company's contact information who I immediately contacted speaking ******* who spoke with me both inappropriately and unprofessionally never asking me doctor ********** contact information or address or appearing when speaking with her to be processing my complaint properly asking to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to an individual named ****** which he did not provide asking the new representative ***** he transferred me to who appeared to process my complaint placing me on hold for over an hour periodically coming back to the phone asking me to continue to hold which took over an hours time as it was clear to both myself and the individual I was speaking with on my landline at Northwestern Medicine while being on hold and when ***** finally came back on the line after more than an hour of which most people would have hung up the phone quite some time ago she began speaking to me and suddenly hung up the phone.I would like this matter addressed and looked into in addition to ****** refusing to assist me with my complaint talking to me condescendingly, please.Business response

As with all our EthicsPoint solution, NAVEX collects information and passes the same onto our customer to review and take appropriate actions.
