            I have been trying to reach someone at Navex about and issue with other company ***************** who are refusing me service and a response, but I have been hung-up on by Navex customer complaint team, by the way ***************** gave me there number and told me to call. I have tried to speak with someone today 3 times and they even gave me a supervisor, who transferring me to another person with out me knowing about the transfer, I said hello" and its a whole different person on the other end of the phone holding a conversation with me.             This company provides a service promoting ethics and compliance governance practices and training, along with an ethics violation reporting and complaint portal. They merely pass on the complaint to the company being reported and have no interaction related to the complaint. Therefore the reported company is self-governed and free to commit ethics violations on a massive scale by submitting untrue statements, ignoring abusive behavior, harassment, malicious acts, violations of the law and behaviors exhibited only by persons of an unstable nature, and contributed to the effort of making the abuse victim to be the violator. Example: the reported company's investigation did not incorporate any of the procedures in Navex's Harassment Investigation Checklist. So where is the governance that is so highly promoted?

            As you note, NAVEX does not investigate or resolve the reports that are directed to our customers. Instead, our role as a third-party service provider is confined to providing a hotline for report intake and the software for our customers to manage those reports. The issue you describe relates to the manner in which your report was handled by the company, not to NAVEXs services. NAVEX has neither the ability nor the authority to modify other companies internal processes and procedures. We suggest communicating these concerns to the company to which you submitted your report.
