            Pattern of Complaint:
            On July 06, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers claim they participated in an online survey with the promise of a “free gift” for their participation. Once they participated in the survey and chose a free tactical flashlight they were asked to pay $4.95 to cover the shipping cost for the flashlight. After consumers provided their credit card information they discovered credit card charges of $49.95 for a subscription service they were not aware of. Consumers allege the business does not cover the shipping cost to return the flashlight in order to get a refund. Consumers further state the business is unresponsive to requests for assistance. 

            On August 27, 2020, and September 08, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to Tactical Gadgets for a response to the consumer complaints, however, as of September 22, 2020, the business has not responded. 

            Better Business Bureau would like to remind consumers to read Terms and Conditions before shopping online or participating in online surveys.
