Disappointed from start to finish. There was a price discrepancy between the quote and actual cost. I did not qualify for the floor model price and the factory rebate. I expected both and only got the rebate. Owner did not take responsibility for the delivery fiasco that occured and he told me it was the purchasers responsibility despite the fact that he arranged it. Delivery people showed up and couldn't deliver the safe; they didn't know how to get it up my driveway. Waited 2 months before requesting a refund, which was denied unless I was willing to accept the restocking fee for the floor model safe that was never delivered. Explanation: It was delivered they just couldn't get it up my driveway. I had previously sent pictures of my driveway to Liberty Safe and he sent them to the delivery company. I was told the owner of the delivery company would call, which he did, and promised to used "a special technique" to get the safe into my house. This technique involved driving the truck and trailer up my driveway forward. WOW that was special!!! Unfortunately, that meant that they had to back it down, which they were completely inept at, ruining my neighbors bushes, trashing the vegetation adjacent to my driveway and leaving skid marks all over the 1 year old concrete driveway.My advice - Order direct and make you own delivery arrangements, if necessary, with people that actual know what they are doing.

I am sorry you feel that way, The pricing was explained, That only 1 rebate discount could be applied. Not both. I also mentioned the rebate was saving you more than the original discount along with throwing a free set of lights valued at $129 and Honoring the price offered online. So I don't know where I didn't honor pricing. You also wanted to use my showroom to install your lights, But as explained I can't have that due to this being a place of business. As far as delivery, That would be my contracted team, to Whom I have only gotten positive feedback. And this is the first time I have ever had a customer not completely Satisfied. One of the 1st things you mentioned was My driveway is very steep and curvy, so it won't be easy to navigate. You also mentioned how difficult even appliances are to be delivered. Your Safe was a Colonial 50 that weighs 962 pounds. Full-size residential refrigerators weigh between 100 and 400 pounds, with an average weight of 250 pounds.Not sure why you are now responding 4 months after the fact.
