    I waited at the usual pick-up location in Easton only find out, too late to catch the bus, that the location had been changed to the front of the building. Transbridge did not try to inform me in any way; no email, no sign at the usual location, no one around to ask, no notice when I purchased the ticket online only a few days before. The bus driver could have looked around the back to call out for anyone waiting there. Customer service was disinterested. It was entirely their fault, but all I could get was a credit, no refund.

    Trans-Bridge Lines made every attempt to notify passengers of the relocation at the ***************************************. The pickup and drop-off location was changed from the interior intermodal to the front of the building on ******************. The change resulted from construction in the area which we were informed about on the afternoon of Thursday, April 25.We posted an alert on our website, posted the information on all our social media platforms ******************* Instagram, and LinkedIn), sent an email to our passengers, and placed signage throughout the terminal in ******. The signage was highlighted in yellow to catch the attention of all passengers coming in and out of the ticket office area.We would not have been able to inform ****************** of the change at the time she purchased her ticket because we were not aware of it at that time.Our bus drivers gave additional time to allow passengers to flow to the front of the building. Our customer service agent on site, checked the intermodal several times, informing passengers where they needed to be. This change was not the fault of Trans-Bridge Lines and was put into place by the City of ******. All of our bus tickets are non-refundable, however, we offered a credit to ****************** as an act of goodwill. We considered the matter resolved as we went above and beyond to perform excellent customer service and provide effective communication of the change for that day.
